1…The anniversary launch of “From Uig to Duluth”, Scots Gaelic music and song (released October 2014), with special guests.
2…The launch of “Heigh Ho, The Green Holly”, a new compilation on New Folk Records of holiday classics arranged with traditional Irish and Scottish music.
Featuring Laura MacKenzie (vocals, flutes, whistles, pipes, concertina) and Dáithí Sproule (guitar, vocals), with Andrea Stern (harp), Michael Bissonnette (percussion), Mary Vanorny (fiddle), and Danielle Enblom (fiddle and steps).

Laura’s 2014 album “From Uig to Duluth” is a collection of Scots Gaelic music and song, sourced primarily from Duluth, Minnesota in 1937, newly arranged for this special project.

Guitarist/Singer Dáithí Sproule was a major collaborator with Laura on “From Uig to Duluth”, and also the Celtic holiday recordings, and is one of Irish and Scottish music’s most respected and celebrated accompanists, worldwide.
