Following up on the talk given on Family Constellations and Healing Immigration Trauma given during Irish Arts week, we are offering a more in depth introduction to this powerful process.

This method can help us to see the hidden hurt that is carried in each of our families that can be passed, unknowingly, from one generation to the next. Through constellations, we get to see a ‘life image’ of the underlying dynamics of some of our deepest questions or biggest concerns. Together with others in a safe space we build jointly, we are able to see the oft hidden truth of these situations in order to:

  • Understand and solve entanglements and relationship blocks in the family
  • Break generational cycles of suffering, alienation and dysfunction in the family, including those brought about by immigration experiences
  • Heal painful life experiences (divorce, single parenthood, adoption, abortion, etc.)
  • Deal positively with severe illness and death of family members
  • Uncover reasons for physical and emotional suffering and take steps to healing
  • Make enlightened choices in terms of career

This two hour introduction to this work will offer an overview of what constellations are, an opportunity to ask questions, and a chance to experience what it feels like to be in a constellation.
